The Alaska Zoo!

On Memorial Day we decided to pay the Alaska Zoo in Anchorage a little visit. It was kind of a cold day, but we had a great time! The zoo is pretty small and sprawled out in a forest, which was really cool. We saw all sorts of beautiful animals, such a sleeping snow leopard and a cute little red fox, but the coolest were a big brown bear; two big, frisky wolf pups on leashes giving their keepers trouble, smelly alpacas, and a little female porcupine staring at us while she climbed up her cage! (she was probably our favorite part of the zoo!)

Llama!
Man, do the Alaskan's not feed their baby, white llamas?! Their necks are like sticks.

Silly brother!! Those are not llamas, those are smelly alpacas! Gosh! Get your animals right! ;)

What in the devil is the difference between a llama and an alpaca? It's like camels vs. dromedaries. No one really cares except for zealous zoologoists and sarcastic sisters!

Guess I'll have to consult wikipedia.org.
